Kamen PELLET Komfort boiler is a modern unit equipped with an automatic burner adapted to burn pellets, cereal grains, fruit stones, etc. A plate-tubular exchanger is used in it, which results in a boiler efficiency of up to 90%. The boiler has an additional cast iron grate.

Kamen PELLET Komfort is a new design of very high efficiency up to 90%, equipped with a burner adapted to firing of pellets, cereal grains, fruit stones, etc.
Achieving such a high efficiency results from the use of an optimized arrangement of the plate and tube exchanger. The boiler body is made of 265GH certified boiler steel, 6 mm thick, and 7 mm wall thickness seamless pipes, covered with a water jacket, then insulated with mineral wool and enclosed in powder coated steel sheets.
The boiler uses an additional emergency furnace with a cast iron grate, allowing traditional firing as in the charge boiler, for example when there is a power cut.
The burner is made of stainless steel and is mounted in the lower door. It features a patented fuel mixing system in the combustion chamber, overpressure combustion technology and very high degree of maintenance-free operation.
Thanks to modern solutions, the operation of the boiler consists only in regular topping up of fuel in the bin every 3 to 7 days, removing of ash and cleaning of the convection ducts.
The innovative solutions and proven materials guarantee long service life and trouble-free operation.
The versatile design of the fuel bin allows it to be placed on the right or left side of the boiler, depending on the needs of the customer.
