Kamen boilers – manufacturing technology
In the manufacture of CH boilers we use state-of-the-art technologies, and the manufacturing process begins at the engineering office. Our specialists work there on refinement and upgrading of our boilers.
After that the technical lab works on the designs created by the engineering office. Using CAD/CAM tools we plan the technology process of the CO boiler manufacture. Through the use of proven computer technologies and modern numerically controlled machines, we make boiler structural components with high accuracy and repeatability, which translates into both the quality and aesthetics of our CH furnaces.
We have Amada laser cutters and Zakmet plasma cutters that allow precise boiler machining. The cut-out boiler components are then shaped in the folding process on CNC hydraulic edge presses. By bending, the number of welded connections is reduced, which translates into the useful life of the boiler.
The welding of individual parts of the CH boiler is performed by qualified welders and welding robots. Such automation allows increased productivity, improved weld quality, and more. The welded components form the boiler body which is then subjected to a pressure test. The quality of welds and the tightness of heat exchangers is constantly controlled, which guarantees the reliability and long useful life of boilers.
At the same time, the boiler casing components are made and the Trumpf nibbling machine is used for cutting them out. Casing components are formed in the folding process on CNC edge presses and then they are powder coated. As a result, the casing components look very aesthetically, gain corrosion resistance, and increase their resistance to mechanical damage. Casings are mounted on boiler components and fitted with accessories.
The heating boilers after inspection are put on pallets, wrapped and stored in the finished goods warehouse. There they are waiting for their buyer.
